Agnès Teppe
Agnès Teppe (born 4 May 1968 in Bourg-en-Bresse) is a former French athlete, who specialised in the discus throw. She won two French national championship titles in the discus: in 1990 and 1994. She twice improved the French discus record throwing in 1991 and in 1992. Discus Throw The discus throw (), also known as disc throw, is a track and field event in which an athlete throws a heavy disc—called a discus—in an attempt to mark a farther distance than their competitors. It is an ancient sport, as demonstrated by the fifth-century-BC Myron statue '' Discobolus''.
