The Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) () is an List of agencies in Spain, autonomous agency of the Spanish government responsible for the management of the government's Development aid, international development cooperation policy. Its original name was Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (AECI), but Real decreto, Royal Decree 1403/2007, of 26 October, amended its Statute and gave AECID its current name. AECID is a public agency under the aegis of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Spain), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, via the Secretary of State for International Cooperation, Secretariat of State for International Cooperation (SECIPIC). Leire is a village and civil parish in the Harborough district, in the county of Leicestershire, England. The name is thought to originate from the old British name for the river Soar, which has a tributary with a source south of the village. Miguel Ángel Cortés Martín (Valladolid, Spain, 14 July 1958) is a Spanish politician who belongs to the main opposition People's Party (PP). Single with two children, Cortés graduated in law at the University of Valladolid and subsequently worked as a lawyer. He served as a local councillor in his hometown of Valladolid. He then served as a regional procurator and PP spokesman in the Parliament of Castille and Leon.
