An amphibious command ship (LCC) of the United States Navy is a large, special-purpose ship, originally designed to command large Amphibious warfare, amphibious invasions. However, as amphibious invasions have become unlikely, they are now used as general command ships, and serve as floating headquarters for the various Unified combatant command, combatant commands. Currently, they are assigned to the United States Sixth Fleet, 6th and United States Seventh Fleet, 7th Fleets as flagships. It is a cabinet-level executive department of the State Council and under the leadership of the premier. History As part of the 2018 institutional reforms, the National Audit Office acquired powers from other government bodies to inspect major projects, state-owned enterprises, central budgets, as well as central revenues and expenditures.
