( / international title: ''Hands on the Dream'') is a Philippine television medical drama series broadcast by GMA Network. Directed by L.A. Madridejos, it stars Carmina Villarroel and Jillian Ward. It premiered on September 5, 2022 on the network's Afternoon Prime and Sabado Star Power sa Hapon line up. The series concluded on October 19, 2024 with a total of 659 episodes. It is the longest running drama series of GMA Network, based on episode count. The series is streaming online on YouTube. Premise Mother and daughter, Lyneth and Analyn go through difficulties in life. They both hope, they would meet their dreams and share each other's successes someday.
