Abahani Krira Chakra
Abahani Limited Dhaka (), also referred as Dhaka Abahani or Abahani Limited, is a Bangladeshi professional football club based in the Dhanmondi area of Dhaka, Bangladesh. The club currently competes in the Bangladesh Premier League, the top flight of Bangladeshi football. The club was founded as Abahani Krira Chakra (), through the re-organisation of Iqbal Sporting Club in 1972 by Sheikh Kamal, the eldest son of the first president of Bangladesh, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. The club was converted into a Limited company in 1989. Abahani Limited Dhaka is regarded as one of the country's most renowned and well supported clubs. Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium
Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium (), also known as Comilla Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium located in Comilla, Bangladesh. It served as home venue of football clubs Dhaka Mohammedan and Abahani Limited Dhaka during the 2021–22 Bangladesh Premier League (football), 2021–22 Bangladesh Premier League. It is also occasionally used for cricket matches. It is the largest stadium in eastern Bangladesh. The stadium is named after Dhirendranath Datta. The Comilla District Sports Association announced that in the future, floodlights and an electronic scoreboard will be installed in the stadium. Construction work on the second floor of the stadium is expected to begin soon. The pitch and outfield are in very good condition. The stadium has an official capacity of 18,000 people. Mohammadpur () is a thana of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Although initially Mohammadpur had grown as a residential area, subsequent commercial places have also been developed as well. The AFC Champions League Two (abbreviated as the ACL Two or ACL2) is an annual continental club football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation. It is the second-tier competition of Asian club football, ranked below the AFC Champions League Elite and above the AFC Challenge League. Sait Nagjee Football Tournament
The Sait Nagjee All India Football Tournament was an invitational Association football, football tournament held in Kozhikode, Kerala. The tournament was very popular from the beginning and attracted large crowd since 1952. The tournament was played until 1995, though with stoppages a couple of times. In 1995, the tournament was won by JCT F.C., JCT Mills. Since then, there was a gap of 21 year during which the tournament was not held. The tournament was revived again in 2016 Sait Nagjee Trophy, 2016 with clubs from different parts of the world and Argentina national under-23 football team. The Bharat Ratna Lokopriya Gopinath Bordoloi Trophy, commonly known as Bordoloi Trophy, is a premier annual Indian football tournament held in Guwahati and organized by the Guwahati Sports Association (GSA). The tournament was founded in 1952 by Gauhati Town Club. It is named after Assam's first chief minister Gopinath Bordoloi. Federation Cup, also known as Bangladesh Federation Cup or simply Fed Cup , is Bangladesh's premier cup competition in men's association football. The competition started in 1980 and is run by the Bangladesh Football Federation which is responsible for all types of competitive matches in the country. The teams from the country's premier league and other clubs compete in the tournament while occasionally Indian sides were invited in the past.
