Licensed to Olympia, Washington, KGTK serves the Puget Sound Region. KVIN (920 kHz "Punjabi Radio USA 920 AM") is a commercial AM radio station broadcasting a radio format of Punjabi language talk and Punjabi music. KVEC (920 AM) is a commercial radio station that is licensed to San Luis Obispo, California, United States and serves the Central Coast of California. The station is owned by American General Media and broadcasts a news/talk radio format featuring a variety of nationally syndicated talk shows as well as a program hosted by Dave Congalton. KVEC is rebroadcast on FM translator station K243CL on 96.5 MHz in San Luis Obispo. History KVEC first signed on in 1937 on the 1200  kHz frequency. KQBU (920 kHz) is an AM radio station licensed to serve El Paso, Texas, United States. The station is owned by 97.5 Licensee TX, LLC, an American subsidiary of Grupo Radio Centro (GRC). History KQBU received its first license, as KELP, and signed on in 1947 as a 1,000 watt daytime-only station. After ownership by Paso Broadcasting Company and Trinity Broadcasting Corporation, it was sold to Gordon McLendon in 1954.
