AJ Mohammad Ali
Abdul Jamil Mohammad Ali (15 December 1951 – 2 May 2024) was a Bangladeshi lawyer who served as the 12th attorney general of Bangladesh from 2005 to 2007. Early life Ali was born on 15 December 1951 in Naogaon in the then East Bengal, Dominion of Pakistan. His father MH Khandaker was the first attorney general of Bangladesh. Career Ali was enrolled to practise in the High Court in 1980 and in the Appellate Division in 1985. He was appointed additional attorney general on 23 October 2001 and as the attorney general on 30 April 2005. He resigned from the position on 24 January 2007. Ali served as the president of Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association and Bangladesh Bar Council's executive committee chairman. The attorney general for Bangladesh () is the Bangladeshi government's chief legal adviser and its primary lawyer in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. The attorney general is usually a highly respected senior advocate and is appointed by the ruling government. Md Asaduzzaman is the current and 17th attorney general for Bangladesh. Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Ainjibi Forum () is a forum of lawyers aligned with the Bangladesh Nationalist Party. History Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Forum was founded by Tafazzal Hossain Khan after he joined the Bangladesh Nationalist Party which was founded by President Ziaur Rahman. Prostate Cancer
Prostate cancer is the neoplasm, uncontrolled growth of cells in the prostate, a gland in the male reproductive system below the bladder. Abnormal growth of the prostate tissue is usually detected through Screening (medicine), screening tests, typically blood tests that check for prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels. Those with high levels of PSA in their blood are at increased risk for developing prostate cancer. Diagnosis requires a prostate biopsy, biopsy of the prostate. If cancer is present, the pathologist assigns a Gleason score; a higher score represents a more dangerous tumor. Medical imaging is performed to look for cancer that has spread outside the prostate. Based on the Gleason score, PSA levels, and imaging results, a cancer case is assigned a cancer staging, stage 1 to 4. A higher stage signifies a more advanced, more dangerous disease. Moudud Ahmed
Moudud Ahmed (; 24 May 1940 – 16 March 2021) was a Bangladeshi lawyer and politician. He was a standing committee member of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party. Ahmed was elected as a Jatiya Sangsad member five times from the Noakhali-1 and Noakhali-5 constituencies. Ahmed served as the post master general of Bangladesh after independence. Begum Khaleda Zia (born August–September 1945) is a Bangladeshi politician who served as the prime minister of Bangladesh from 1991 to 1996 and again from 2001 to 2006. Bangladesh Bar Council
Bangladesh Bar Council () is a statutory autonomous body in Bangladesh, established under the Legal Practitioners and the Bar Council Order, 1972. It is the licensing and Regulatory body for lawyers in Bangladesh. The Bangladesh Bar Council ensures that every lawyer maintains the highest professional standards and adheres to proper etiquette. The bar council can establish tribunals to investigate and prosecute complaints against lawyers. In 2019, there were five such tribunals. A tribunal may reprimand or suspend a lawyer or remove them from practice. It dealt with 378 complaints from 2014 to 2018.
