Asociația Club Sportiv Fotbal Club Dinamo București, also known as ACS FC Dinamo București, or just ACS FC Dinamo is a Romanian football club based in Bucharest, which currently plays in Liga III, the third tier of Romanian football. History In March 2013, Nicolae Badea sold FC Dinamo București to businessman Ionuț Negoiță, with the company that managed the club, "ACS Dinamo București", retaining a 7.03% stake in the new company founded by Negoiță. Four years later, in the summer of 2017, Badea decided to enroll ACS Dinamo București in Liga IV Bucharest, with Marin Dragnea as head coach. The Liga 3, most often spelled as Liga III, is the third level of the Romanian football league system. It was founded in 1936 and was called Divizia C until 2006. Club Sportiv Local Ștefănești, also known as CSL Ștefănești, or simply as Ștefănești is a Romanian football club based in Ștefăneștii de Jos, Ilfov County, which currently plays in Liga III, the third tier of Romanian football. Liga IV is the fourth level of the Romanian football league system and is run in all 41 counties and in the Municipality of Bucharest. It was known as the Regional Championship, County Championship, Divizia C – County Phase and Divizia D. Its name was changed into Liga IV before the start of the 2006–07 season. Dumitru Moraru (born 8 May 1956) is a Romanian former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper from 1972 until 1991. Club career Dumitru Moraru was born in București, growing up in the Pantelimon neighborhood, where he started playing football in 1966 at the junior teams of Metalul București, where he earned the nickname "Țețe" (Tsetse) after a teammate told him in a cantonment that he sleeps so much as he would have been bitten by a tsetse fly.
