ACA–VDCA Cricket Stadium
ACAVDCA Cricket Stadium (stands for Andhra Cricket Association–Visakhapatnam District Cricket Association Cricket Stadium) is a multi-purpose stadium in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is primarily used for international cricket matches. The stadium has two-tiers and was designed to avoid any restricted views, eliminating pillars or columns which come in the field of view of spectators. The pitch is known to be batsman-friendly. The Andhra Premier League is a Twenty20 franchise cricket tournament played in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India. It is organized by the Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) and sanctioned by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. Rising Pune Supergiant (often abbreviated as RPS) was a franchise cricket team based in Pune, Maharashtra, that played in the Indian Premier League in 2016 and as a finalist in 2017. It was the second team representing Pune after Pune Warriors India.
