''9'' (originally announced under the working title ''Wild Love'') is the debut studio album by Norwegian DJ and record producer Cashmere Cat, released on 28 April 2017, by Mad Love Records and Interscope Records. Background In 2012, Cashmere Cat released his debut extended play (EP) '' Mirror Maru'', followed by ''Wedding Bells'' two years later. During that time, he gained significant coverage and fellow musician Benny Blanco invited him to Los Angeles in January 2013 to collaborate on production and gave him his first concerts in the United States. The former EP's title track was also featured on the soundtrack to ''Grand Theft Auto V'' in 2013. After producing for other artists such as Kanye West, The Weeknd and Ariana Grande, on 26 February 2016, Cashmere announced that he was working on his untitled debut studio album. Magnus August Høiberg (born 29 November 1987), known professionally as Cashmere Cat, is a Norwegian DJ and record producer. Often in tandem with Benny Blanco, he has been credited with production work for artists including Kanye West, the Kid Laroi, Selena Gomez, Camila Cabello, Ariana Grande, Tory Lanez, Major Lazer, the Weeknd, Kali Uchis and Lil Uzi Vert, His debut studio album, '' 9'' (2017) was released by blanco's Mad Love Records, an imprint of Interscope Records and peaked at number 14 on the VG-lista charts. Frank Romano
Frank Romano is an American songwriter, record producer and guitarist. Career Currently based in Nashville, Tennessee, Romano grew up in a musical family in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, where he was the guitarist for the Cincinnati funk band, Freebass (now known as Freekbass), a group produced by Bootsy Collins. Romano has toured and performed internationally with Rob Thomas, Mary J. Blige, Toni Braxton, and Kanye West, among others.
