58th National Film Awards
The 58th National Film Awards, presented by Directorate of Film Festivals, the organisation set up by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, India to felicitate the best of Indian Cinema for the year 2010. The selection process started by announcing the invitation for the awards on 18 March 2011. For feature and non-feature films, all the films certified by Central Board of Film Certification, India between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2010 were made eligible whereas for the best writing on cinema, all the books and articles as well reviews on Indian cinema published between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2010 were made eligible for the awards. Three different committees were instituted in order to judge the various entries for feature film, non-feature film and best writing on cinema sections; headed by J. P. Suman Haripriya (born 1 June 1979) is an Indian film director, producer and politician who is serving as the Member of the Assam Legislative Assembly representing Hajo constituency since 2016 as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Personal life Haripriya was born on 1 June 1979 in Guwahati to Jiten Chakravarty and Bijoya Chakravarty. Her mother, Bijoya Chakravarty is ex-Member of Parliament of Bharatiya Janata Party from Gauhati. Prahlad Kakkar
Prahlad Kakkar (born 24 March 1950 in Mumbai) is an Indian ad film director, best known for his work on a Pepsi TV commercial with Amitabh Bachchan and Sachin Tendulkar. He is the founder and main director of Genesis Film Productions, established in 1977. In 1995 he set up 'Lacadives', a scuba-diving school, alongside his wife, Mitali Kakkar at Kadmat Island, in collaboration with the Govt. of Lakshadweep. He also runs a coffee shop, and Casa Amore, a wine bar & restaurant, set up in Mumbai in 2001. In 2016 he launched the School of Branding and Entrepreneurship in Mumbai in association with Subhash Ghai's Whistling Woods International. Early life Prahlad Kakkar grew up in Mumbai and his father was an army colonel. His mother is of Burmese and Marathi descent. He did his initial schooling at St. Joseph's Academy, Dehradun. In 1966, he passed out from Sainik School, Kunjpura, Karnal, Haryana in 1970. Kakkar graduated with Economics (Honors) from Fergusson College, Pune.

Durai (director)
J.F.C. Durai (25 February 1940 – 22 April 2024) was an Indian film director who was mostly active during the 1970s. As of 2014, he had directed 46 films in Tamil cinema, Tamil, Telugu cinema, Telugu, Kannada cinema, Kannada, Malayalam cinema, Malayalam and Hindi cinema, Hindi. Though known for his work in commercial cinema, he made women-centric films like ''Avalum Penthaane'' and ''Pasi (film), Pasi'', which won two National Film Award (India), National Film Awards. He served as a jury member of the 58th National Film Awards (India) in 2011. As of 2011, he was the vice president of the South Indian Film Writers' Association. Bharath Bala is an Indian film director, screenwriter and film producer based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Career Bharat Bala produced the acclaimed album ''Vande Mataram (album), Vande Mataram'' and the ''Jana Gana Mana Video.'' He heads BharatBala Productions, based in Chennai. In 2004, he directed a short film titled ''Hari Om''.
