''2 Become 1'' ( Literal Title: ''Perfect Match'') is a 2006 Hong Kong romantic comedy-drama film directed by Law Wing-Cheong and produced by Johnnie To. The film stars Miriam Yeung as Bingo Leung, a working-class woman who discovers she has breast cancer. The film is based on Xi Xi's published diary ''Mourning For Breasts'' (哀悼乳房), which chronicled her own experiences. Synopsis Bingo Leung, an advertising executive, lives a carefree life with her friends until she bumps into a doctor, V, who becomes infatuated with her after she rejects him. His interference leads to her discovery of a malignant lump on her breast and a medical scam targeting her orchestrated by her long-lost boyfriend. Everything begins to fall apart as she tries to cope with the loss of femininity in a series of bittersweet events. Law Wing-Cheong
Law Wing-Cheong (born 26 June 1966), also known as Vincent Lo, is a Hong Kong film editor, an assistant director, film director, and actor. He is best known for collaborating as an associate director for films made by Johnnie To and Wai Ka-Fai of Milkyway Image. Biography Law began working for Johnnie To as an assistant director at TVB Studios in 1990. Later, when To left the TV studio, Law continued to work as a director there for three years. In 1997, Law was recruited by To to join his company, Milkyway Image, where he began to work as an assistant director for To. Gradually, Law was promoted to become his associate director. Law describes being an associate director as having to think faster than the director, as well as handling some of the less complicated scenes for the director and making all kinds of job distributions on the set. Lam Ka-Tung
Gordon Lam Ka-tung (林家棟; born 21 September 1967) is a Hong Kong actor, film producer and screenwriter. Initially known for his supporting roles in films directed by Andrew Lau and Johnnie To, Lam eventually became a lead actor in the Hong Kong film industry, appearing in the 2013 box office hit, ''Firestorm'', and the Hong Kong Film Award-winning 2016 film, ''Trivisa'', which also netted him the Hong Kong Film Award for Best Actor. Career Lam graduated from TVB's 15th Artist Training Class in 1988. For the next seven to eight years, he was no more than an extra in most television productions.
