2025–26 Primera Federación
The 2025–26 Primera Federación season is the fifth for the Primera Federación, the third-highest level in the Spanish football league system. Forty teams will participate, divided into two groups of twenty clubs each based on geographical proximity. In each group, the champions are automatically promoted to Segunda División and the second to fifth placers will play promotion play-offs and the bottom five are relegated to the Segunda Federación. Overview before the season A total of 40 teams joined the league, including four relegated from the 2024–25 Segunda División, 26 retained from the 2024–25 Primera Federación, and ten promoted from the 2024–25 Segunda Federación. The Primera Federación, officially the Primera Federación Versus e-Learning for sponsorship reasons (formerly known as Primera RFEF). is the third tier of the Spanish football league system beginning with the 2021–22 season. It is administered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. It is below the top two professional leagues, the ''Primera División'' (also known as La Liga) and ''Segunda División'' (also known as La Liga Hypermotion), above the ''Segunda Federación'' and ''Tercera Federación''. It is the highest level of semi-professional football in Spain. Pontevedra CF
Pontevedra Club de Fútbol, S.A.D. is a Spanish football team in Pontevedra, in the autonomous community of Galicia. Founded on 16 October 1941 it currently plays in , holding home matches at '' Estadio Municipal de Pasarón'', with a capacity of 10,500 seats. Having enjoyed its heyday in the 1960s, it even reached the First Division, leading it during November and December 1965. History ''Pontevedra Club de Fútbol'' was founded in 1941, following the merge of the two top teams in the city at the time: '' Eiriña CF'' and '' Alfonso XIII CF''. SD Amorebieta
Sociedad Deportiva Amorebieta is a Spanish football team based in Amorebieta-Etxano, in the Basque Country. Founded in 1925, it currently plays in , holding home games temporarily at the Lezama Facilities outside Bilbao (its own ground '' Campo Municipal de Urritxe'' was not approved for use at that level). History Amorebieta was founded in 1925 after the dissolution of ''Sociedad Deportiva Beti-Arin'' (founded on 2 December 1923). Club Deportivo Alcoyano, S.A.D. is a Spanish football team based in Alcoy, in the autonomous community of the Valencian Community. Founded in 1928, it plays in , holding home games in '' Estadio El Collao'', with a capacity of 4,850 seats. History The city of Alcoy had a very important club, the Boxing Club Deportivo Alcoyano. Real Sociedad de Fútbol "B" (also known as Sanse) is a Spanish football team based in San Sebastián, in the autonomous community of Basque Country. Founded in 1955, it is the reserve team of Real Sociedad and plays in Primera Federación – Group 1, holding home games at ''Campo José Luis Orbegozo'' holding 2,500 spectators of the Zubieta Facilities. Unlike in nations such as England, reserve teams in Spain play in the same football pyramid as their senior team rather than a separate league. Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa (), better known as Cultural Leonesa or La Cultural, is a Spanish football team based in León, in the autonomous community of Castile and Leon. Agrupación Deportiva Ceuta Fútbol Club is a Spanish football club based in the autonomous city of Ceuta. Founded in 1956, it plays in Primera División RFEF, Primera División RFEF – Group 2. After being crowned champions of this league, they will play in Segunda División. Racing Club de Ferrol, commonly known as Racing de Ferrol, is a Spanish football team based in Ferrol, Province of A Coruña, in the autonomous community of Galicia.
