2025 In American Soccer
The 2025 season is the 113th season of competitive Association football, soccer in the United States. The season begins with friendlies for the United States men's national soccer team, USMNT and SheBelieves Cup for the United States women's national soccer team, USWNT in January and February, respectively. At the international level, qualifying MLS clubs competed in the 2025 CONCACAF Champions Cup, and qualifying NWSL clubs are competing in the inaugural 2025–26 CONCACAF W Champions Cup. Three MLS clubs, Inter Miami CF, Los Angeles FC, and Seattle Sounders FC, will play in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup hosted by the United States. MLS Cup 2025
The 2025 Major League Soccer season is the ongoing 30th season of Major League Soccer (MLS), the top professional Association football, soccer league in the United States and Canada, and the 47th season overall of a national first-division league in the United States. MLS expanded to 30 clubs this season with the addition of San Diego FC, an expansion team awarded in 2023. The league's 30 teams are divided into the Eastern Conference (MLS), Eastern and Western Conference (MLS), Western conferences, which each have 15 teams. The regular season runs from February 22 to October 18 and comprises 34 matches for each team with a schedule that is primarily intra-conference with 6 inter-conference matches per team. The United States men's national soccer team (USMNT), officially recognized as USA by FIFA, represents the United States in men's international Association football, soccer. The team is governed by the United States Soccer Federation, which is a member of FIFA since 1914 and was a founding member of CONCACAF since 1961. Chase Stadium is a soccer-specific stadium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States. Built on the site of the former Lockhart Stadium, the 21,550-seat stadium is the home pitch of Inter Miami CF of Major League Soccer (MLS) and its MLS Next Pro reserve side Inter Miami CF II. Matko Mijael Miljevic (, ; born May 9, 2001) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Argentine Primera División club Huracán and the United States national team. 2025 FIFA Club World Cup
The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup (officially known as the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, also marketed as FIFA Club World Cup 25) is the 21st edition and the first of the expanded FIFA Club World Cup, an international club soccer competition organized by FIFA. The tournament is being played in the United States from June 14 to July 13, 2025. It is held in a format with 32 teams, including the winners of the four previous continental championships.
