The 2025 All-Ireland Post Primary Schools Croke Cup was the 72nd staging of the Croke Cup since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1944. The competition ran from 15 February to 17 March 2025. St Kieran's College were the defending champions, however, they were beaten by Presentation College Athenry in the semi-finals. Galtee Rovers—St. Pecaun's is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in the village of Bansha on the National Primary Route N24 in the shadow of the Galtee Mountains in west County Tipperary, Ireland. St Rynagh's () is the name of two Gaelic Athletic Association sister clubs that encompass the towns of Cloghan and Banagher in County Offaly, in Ireland. The St Rynagh's Football Club is based in Cloghan and wear green and white hooped jerseys; the St Rynagh's Hurling Club is based in Banagher and wear blue and gold jerseys. St Flannan's College
Saint Flannan's College is an Irish co-educational secondary school located in Ennis, County Clare, which takes its name from the 7th century patron saint of the Dál gCais. It was formerly an all-boys boarding school; however, the first girls' class was entered in 2002 and in 2005 the boarding school was closed. CBS Kilkenny
CBS Kilkenny () is an all-boys Roman Catholic school located in Kilkenny, Ireland. It has a strong sporting tradition in hurling, but also fields teams in many other sports. It is currently located on James's Street in Kilkenny. However, construction has started on a new campus on Dunningstown Rd, Kilkenny, and the school will expand to 1000+ students and relocate there early in 2026. History The Irish Christian Brothers came to Kilkenny in 1860. Five years before this, a meeting was held between the Chairmanship of the Lord Mayor, requested by the then Bishop of Ossory. The assembly decided to raise funds to build the school and invited the Christian Brothers, led by Edmund Ignatius Rice to aid the cause. The Leinster GAA Post-Primary Schools Senior A Hurling Championship, is an annual inter-schools hurling competition organised by the Leinster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association. It is the highest inter-schools hurling competition in the province of Leinster, and has been contested every year, except on two occasions, since 1918. The final, usually held in February, serves as the culmination of a round robin and knockout series of games played between November and January. Eligible players must be under the age of 19. The Leinster Colleges Championship is an integral part of the wider All-Ireland Colleges Championship. The winners and runners-up of the Leinster final, like their counterparts in the Conancht Championships and Munster, advance to the All-Ireland quarter-finals or semi-finals. Presentation College, Athenry is a voluntary secondary school which is predominantly Catholic in character located in the town of Athenry, County Galway, Ireland. It is under the trusteeship of Catholic Education an Irish Schools Trust (CEIST). History Presentation Convent in Athenry was established by the Tuam mother-house. Sisters taught in the old girls' primary school at Abbey Row until, some years later, a new primary school was built on the parish lands at the rear of the convent. In the late 1920s, the Sisters began to provide secondary education for girls in the primary school through development of a secondary top.
