2024–25 Mid-American Conference Women's Basketball Season
The 2024–25 Mid-American Conference women's basketball season was the season for Mid-American Conference women's basketball teams. It began with practices in October 2024, followed by the start of the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season in November. Conference play began in January 2025 and concluded in March 2025. The 2025 MAC tournament was held at Rocket Arena in Cleveland, Ohio for the 25th consecutive season. This was the conference's last season with 12 members as it will see its first change in membership since 2005 with the addition of UMass. Ball State won the regular season championship with a 15–2 record Ally Becki of Ball State won player of the year. In the 2025 MAC women's basketball tournament, Ball State defeated Western Michigan, Kent State, and Toledo to win their second MAC tournament title, and first since 2009, to advance to the 2024 NCAA tournament. Tricia Cullop
Tricia Cullop (born April 24, 1971) is the current head coach of the Miami Hurricanes women's basketball team. She previously was the head coach with the Toledo Rockets women's basketball team. Early life Cullop played basketball at Purdue under head coach Lin Dunn. She was a three-time Academic All-Big Ten. She earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Purdue University in 1993. Kristin Haynie
Kristin Lynne Haynie (born June 17, 1983) is an American former basketball player in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) and current head coach for the Central Michigan women's team. Early life Haynie was raised in Mason, Michigan. In high school, she played on the varsity team since her freshman year, and graduated from Mason High School in 2001. College career Haynie was the starting point guard for the Michigan State University Spartans all four years. Becky Burke
Becky Burke (born December 20, 1989) is an American women's basketball coach and former player. She is currently the head coach at the University of Arizona. Career She attended Abington Heights High School in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. She later attended the University of Louisville, where she played guard for the Louisville Cardinals women's basketball team. The Eastern Illinois Panthers women's basketball team is the basketball team that represents Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois, United States. Brady Sallee is an American women's college basketball coach. He is the current head women's basketball coach at Ball State University. He previously held the same position at Eastern Illinois University (EIU) in Charleston, Illinois.
