2024–25 Liga Nusantara
The 2024–25 Liga Nusantara (also known as the 2024–25 PNM Liga Nusantara for sponsorship reasons) is the inaugural season of the Liga Nusantara under its current name and the 9th season under its current Indonesian football league system, league structure. For the first time since its establishment, the competition will be organised by Liga Indonesia Baru, PT Liga Indonesia Baru, after previous editions were organised by both PSSI, Provincial Association of PSSI and PSSI themselves, thus abolishing the provincial and national phase format. Liga Nusantara
Liga Nusantara (English language, English: ''Archipelago League''), officially known as PNM Liga Nusantara for sponsorship reasons, is the third-tier of the Indonesian football league system, football competition system in Indonesia, organized by Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI). The competition started in 2014 after PSSI merged the previous competitions, Liga Indonesia Second Division and Liga Indonesia Third Division. Relegation Play-offs
Promotion and relegation is used by sports leagues as a process where teams can move up and down among divisions in a league system, based on their performance over a season. 2023–24 Liga 2 (Indonesia)
The 2023–24 Liga 2 (Indonesia) (also known as the 2023–24 Pegadaian Liga 2 for sponsorship reasons) was the seventh season of the Liga 2 under its current name and the 14th season under its current league structure. PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) are responsible for administrating the league. Plans to change Liga 2's operator were shelved for this season and will be postponed to at least the 2024–2025 season. As Liga 2's previous season and 2022–23 Liga 3 were abandoned due to a combination of factors with the most notable among them being the Kanjuruhan Stadium disaster, participants of the league remain unchanged from last season, 28 teams (an increase of four teams from the 2021–22 Liga 2 season). The Football Association of Indonesia (; 'All-Indonesian Football Association'; abbreviated as PSSI) is the governing body of football in Indonesia. It was founded on 19 April 1930. Indonesian Football League System
The Indonesian football league system is a series of league system for association football clubs in Indonesia. Since 1994, Liga Indonesia is the league competition featuring association football clubs, as a result of two existing top-flight football leagues merger: Perserikatan (amateur) and Galatama (semi professional). Liga Indonesia is managed by PSSI, the Indonesian national football federation, and operated by PT. 2025–26 Liga Nusantara
The 2025–26 Liga Nusantara (also known as the 2025–26 PNM Liga Nusantara for sponsorship reasons) will be the second season of the Liga Nusantara under its current name and the 10th season under its current league structure. The season is scheduled to begin on 27 September 2025 and conclude on 12 February 2026. This will be the first full season in which the home-and-away system is used throughout the entire competition, following its implementation only in the championship round in the previous season.
