The 2024–25 season was the 118th season in the history of Atalanta BC, and the club's 14th consecutive season in the Italian top flight. Kouakou Odilon Dorgeless Kossounou (; born 4 January 2001), better known as Odilon Kossounou, is an Ivorian professional footballer who plays either as a centre-back or right-back for club Atalanta and the Ivory Coast national team. Rafael Tolói (born 10 October 1990) is a professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for the Italy national team. Tolói represented his native country of Brazil internationally at the under-20 level in 2009, but switched allegiance at the senior grade to Italy in 2021 after meeting FIFA's five-year residency requirement. 2023–24 UEFA Europa League
The 2023–24 UEFA Europa League was the 53rd season of Europe's secondary club football tournament organised by UEFA, and the 15th season since it was renamed from the UEFA Cup to the UEFA Europa League. The final was played at Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, with Italian club Atalanta defeating German club Bayer Leverkusen 3–0 to win their first European title. The 2023–24 Coppa Italia (branded as the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa for sponsorship reasons), was the 77th edition of the national domestic tournament. There were 44 participating teams.
