Nicolás Barrientos and Rafael Matos defeated Alexander Erler and Lucas Miedler in the final, 6–4, 6–3 to win the doubles tennis title at the 2024 Rio Open. Nicolás Barrientos (; born 24 April 1987) is a Colombian professional tennis player who specializes in doubles. He reached his highest ATP doubles ranking of world No. 47 on 23 April 2024 and a singles ranking of No. 237 on 21 September 2015. Simone Bolelli (; born 8 October 1985) is an Italian professional tennis player. He has a career-high ATP ranking in doubles of World No. 6 achieved on 13 January 2025 and in singles of No. 36 achieved on 23 February 2009. Dušan Lajović ( sr-Cyrl, Душан Лајовић; born 30 June 1990) is a Serbian professional tennis player. On 29 April 2019, he reached his career-high singles ranking of world No. 23.
