Karen Khachanov defeated Gabriel Diallo in the final, 6–2, 5–7, 6–3 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Almaty Open. It was his seventh ATP Tour singles title. Adrian Mannarino was the defending champion from when the tournament was last held in Astana in 2023 Astana Open – Singles, 2023, but lost to Aleksandar Vukic in the second round.
