2023–24 Real Betis Season
The 2023–24 season was Real Betis' 117th season in existence and ninth consecutive season in La Liga. They also competed in the Copa del Rey, the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Europa Conference League. The season began on 13 August 2023. Betis were eliminated from the Copa del Rey by Alavés in the round of 32 and exited the Europa League in the group stage after ranking third; after dropping down to the Europa Conference League, they were eliminated at the first attempt by Dinamo Zagreb, in the knockout round play-offs. This season was the first since 2014–15 without veteran midfielder Joaquín, who annonounced his retirement following the previous campaign's conclusion. Real Betis Balompié, known as Real Betis () is a Spanish professional association football, football club based in Seville, Andalusia, Spain. 2023–24 UEFA Europa League Group Stage
The 2023–24 UEFA Europa League group stage began on 21 September 2023 and ended on 14 December 2023. A total of 32 teams competed in the group stage to decide 16 of the 24 places in the knockout phase of the 2023–24 UEFA Europa League. Aris Limassol, Brighton & Hove Albion, BK Häcken, Raków Częstochowa, Servette and TSC made their debut appearances in the group stage. All six clubs also made their debut appearances in a UEFA competition group stage. Furthermore, Brighton & Hove Albion qualified for European football for the first time in their history. A total of 21 national associations were represented in the group stage. This was the final season with the group stage format, which was replaced by the league phase format starting from the next season. Nabil Fekir
Nabil Fekir (; born 18 July 1993) is a French professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for UAE Pro League club Al Jazira. An academy graduate of Lyon, he was promoted to the senior squad in July 2013. Fekir became a first-team regular in his second season, when he was named the Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year. Abdessamad "Abde" Ezzalzouli (; born 17 December 2001), sometimes known as Ez Abde, is a Moroccan professional footballer who plays as a winger for La Liga club Real Betis and the Morocco national team. Héctor Bellerín Moruno (born 19 March 1995) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a right-back or wing-back for La Liga club Real Betis.
