The 2023–24 Perth Wildcats season was the 43rd season of the franchise in the National Basketball League (NBL). On 16 May 2023, the Wildcats have picked up John Rillie’s third year team option. John Cain Arena is a multi-purpose sports and entertainment arena located within Melbourne Park in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is the second-largest venue and show court for the Australian Open, the first Grand Slam professional tennis tournament held each calendar year. The 2023–24 Adelaide 36ers season was the 43rd season of the franchise in the National Basketball League (NBL). On 6 December 2023, C. J. Bruton parted ways as 36ers' head coach after the team started the season with a 4–9 record and was replaced by Scott Ninnis on an interim basis. The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) is located on the Gold Coast Highway in Broadbeach, Queensland, Australia. The venue was opened on 29 June 2004 at a cost of A$167 million. It is linked by a covered walkway to The Star Gold Coast. Alex Sarr
Alexandre Dam Sarr ( , ; born 26 April 2005) is a French professional basketball player for the Washington Wizards of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He plays the power forward and Center (basketball), center positions.
