2023 Milan–San Remo
The 2023 Milan–San Remo was a road bicycle racing, road cycling one-day race that took place on 18 March 2023 in northwestern Italy. It was the 114th edition of the Milan–San Remo Classic cycle races, cycling classic. The race was won by Dutch rider Mathieu van der Poel of , after an attack on the decent from the Poggio di San Remo, Poggio climb. Teams Twenty-five teams participated in the race. 2023 UCI World Tour
The 2023 UCI World Tour was a series of races that include thirty-five road bicycle racing, road cycling events throughout the 2023 in men's road cycling, 2023 cycling season. The tour started with the 2023 Tour Down Under, Tour Down Under on 17 January, and concluded with the 2023 Tour of Guangxi, Tour of Guangxi on 17 October. Events Teams The eighteen UCI WorldTeam, WorldTeams were automatically invited to compete in events, with the top two UCI ProTeams listed on the 2022 UCI World Ranking ( and ) also invited automatically. Jasper Stuyven (born 17 April 1992) is a Belgian professional bicycle racing, racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . He is considered to be a Classic cycle races, classics specialist, and has won several major races including the 2021 Milan–San Remo, one of cycling's Cycling monument, monuments, the 2020 Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and the 2016 Kuurne–Brussels–Kuurne. Anthony Turgis (born 16 May 1994) is a French professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam . Professional since 2015, he won the ninth stage of the 2024 Tour de France from a small bunch sprint.
