The 2023 Circuit Franco-Belge was the 82nd edition of the Eurométropole Tour and the seventh edition since it became a one day race. It was held on 28 September 2023 as part of the 2023 UCI ProSeries calendar. The 2023 UCI ProSeries was the fourth season of the UCI ProSeries, the second tier road bicycle racing, road cycling tour, below the UCI World Tour, but above the various regional UCI Continental Circuits. Tobias Halland Johannessen
Tobias Halland Johannessen (born 23 August 1999) is a Norwegian road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam . Along with his twin brother Anders, Tobias raced in mountain biking, cyclo-cross and road cycling, before deciding to focus primarily on road racing. Knee injuries had kept him from competing in much of the truncated 2020 season. In July 2021 he named to the Norwegian team to compete in the road race event at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Career Johannessen began cycling alongside his brother Anders as a means of getting to school. The race was previously known as the Tour de Wallonie-Picarde in 2011 and as the Tour de l'Eurométropole from 2012 to 2021.
