Nicolás Jarry defeated Tomás Martín Etcheverry in the final, 6–7(5–7), 7–6(7–5), 6–2 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Chile Open. This was Jarry's first ATP title since 2019. Nicolás Jarry Fillol (; born 10 October 1995) is a Chilean professional tennis player. He achieved his highest Association of Tennis Professionals, ATP singles ranking of world 16 in May 2024 and is the current No. 3 player from Chile. His highest doubles ranking of No. 40 was achieved in March 2019.
