2023–24 Harty Cup
The 2023–24 Dr. Harty Cup was the 103rd staging of the Harty Cup since its establishment in hurling by the Munster Council of Gaelic Athletic Association in 1918. The draw for the group stage took place on 17 August 2023. The competition contested from 11 October 2023 to February 2023. Cashel Community School unsuccessfully defended its title in the preliminary quarter-finals against Chareville CBS. St Joseph's CBS, Nenagh won the Harty Cup final on 3 February 2024 at Cusack Park in Ennis, 2-16 to 0-21, against Ardscoil Rís, their first ever meeting in a final and their first ever Harty Cup title. The Midlands is the central region of England, to the south of Northern England, to the north of southern England, to the east of Wales, and to the west of the North Sea. Rice College
Rice College (Coláiste an Rísigh in Irish) is a secondary school in Ennis, County Clare, Ireland founded in 1826. It is also a C.B.S with a house on the property where "Brothers" still reside. No Brothers teach in the secondary school but it was previously run by the religious order. It was formerly an all-boys school, although girls were first admitted to repeat their leaving certificate examinations in 1985, it became coeducational in 1997. In 2006 construction started on an extension and was completed in early 2007. The school offers a wide range of subjects for students to choose from and since 2019 have required first years to choose a language and 2 optional subjects before they arrive. Dungarvan GAA
Dungarvan GAA is a GAA club based in Dungarvan, County Waterford, Ireland. The club participates in both hurling and Gaelic football. The club currently heads the roll of honour in the Waterford Senior Football Championship with a total of 19 wins. The club attracted significant national attention in 2020 when a player competed in the final of the Waterford Intermediate Football Championship despite awaiting the result of a COVID-19 test, which returned a positive result. O'Garney Park () is a Gaelic Athletic Association, GAA stadium in Sixmilebridge, County Clare, Republic of Ireland, Ireland. Coláiste Choilm
Coláiste Choilm is a mixed second-level school in Ballincollig in Cork, Ireland. The school was founded in 1987 to meet demand for second-level education in the rapidly growing satellite town of Ballincollig. St Flannan's College
Saint Flannan's College is an Irish co-educational secondary school located in Ennis, County Clare, which takes its name from the 7th century patron saint of the Dál gCais. It was formerly an all-boys boarding school; however, the first girls' class was entered in 2002 and in 2005 the boarding school was closed. In 2003 an extension which added over 20 new rooms to the college was completed. A measure of the expansion that has taken place over the past thirty years is that in 1962, there were some 370 pupils, 140 of whom were day boys. Only 37 teachers were in attendance. Galtee Rovers—St. Pecaun's is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in the village of Bansha on the National Primary Route N24 in the shadow of the Galtee Mountains in west County Tipperary, Ireland. The club, founded in 1885, represents the parish of Bansha & Kilmoyler and enters gaelic football and hurling teams in the West Tipperary and Tipperary championships. St Joseph's Secondary School, Tulla is an Irish co-educational secondary school located in Tulla, County Clare. It is a Roman Catholic secondary school under the trusteeship of CEIST (Catholic Education, an Irish Schools Trust). History Secondary education began in Tulla in 1950, when 38 students enrolled in the Sisters of Mercy school behind the church. The first Leaving Certificate class graduated in 1954. St Colman's College () is an all-boys voluntary secondary school, and former boarding school, in Fermoy, County Cork. The college was founded in 1856 and opened in 1858 as the diocesan college of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cloyne. Archbishop Thomas Croke, after whom Croke Park is named, became the school's first president in this year. History The site upon which St. Colman's was built was bought by Fr. Timothy Murphy in 1856. Murphy commissioned John Pine Hurley to design the new college building. Twenty months after construction began, St. Colman's opened its doors to its first students in 1858.
