The 2022–23 Ukrainian football championship among amateur teams was the 27th season since it replaced the football championship of physical culture teams. The league competition is organized by the Association of Amateur Football of Ukraine (AAFU). Ukrainian Amateur Football Championship
Ukrainian Amateur Football Championship () is an annual association football competition in Ukraine among amateur teams. The competition is administered by the Ukrainian Football Amateur Association, Ukrainian Association of Amateur Football (AAFU). The championship replaced the Soviet competitions among collectives of physical culture (KFK). Competition organization Qualification There are no requirements or restrictions on the number of representatives from each region, and participation is voluntary and/or by invitation. There is no relegation. The pool of teams, competition organization, and season regulations are reviewed on an annual basis. The majority of teams participating in the Ukrainian Amateur football championship also compete in their respective regional (oblast) football championships. FC Zirka Kropyvnytskyi
FC Zirka Kropyvnytskyi () is a Ukrainian amateur football club from Kropyvnytskyi, Kirovohrad Oblast, with its team currently playing in the Ukrainian Amateur League. The club traces its history of a football team that existed at the British factory of Elvorti (Elworthy) since 1911. After the Bolshevik Revolution, the factory was nationalized and converted into Soviet factory "Chervona Zirka", and likewise, the former team was dissolved, and the Soviet football team Chervona Zirka was formed in 1922. The club's professional football history started in 1958 when it was admitted to the Class B competitions. History The club traces its history back to the former sports club Elvorti Yelizavetgrad that was founded in 1911 at the Elvorti Factory owned by Robert Pearce Elworthy. Kaharlyk (, ) is a small city in Kyiv Oblast (province) of Ukraine, located in Obukhiv Raion. Kaharlyk hosts the administration of Kaharlyk urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: History In 1858, a sugar plant was built here. Later in the 19th century it was a center of Kagarlyk volost in Kievsky Uyezd of Kiev Governorate of the Russian Empire. In the 1930s a dairy plant was built here during industrialization. During World War II it was occupied by Axis troops from August 3, 1941 until January 8, 1944. In 1952, it was a large village.
