2022–23 Greek Basketball Cup
The 2022–23 Greek Basketball Cup was the 48th edition of Greek top-tier level professional domestic basketball cup competition. The previous winner of the cup was Olympiacos. The cup competition started on 21 September 2022 and ended on 19 February 2023. Olympiacos won the competition. Format The top seven placed teams from the top-tier level Greek Basket League's 2021–22 season, gained an automatic bye to the 2022–23 Greek Cup Final 8. While the remaining teams from the 2021–22 Greek Basket League season were eliminated from the 2022–23 Greek Cup tournament. The 2021–22 Greek Basketball Cup was the 47th edition of Greek top-tier level professional domestic basketball cup competition. The previous winner of the cup was Panathinaikos. The cup competition started on 4 September 2021 and ended on 20 February 2022. Olympiacos won the competition. Format The top six placed teams from the top-tier level Greek Basket League's 2020–21 season, gained an automatic bye to the 2021–22 Greek Cup quarterfinals. While the seven lower-placed teams from the 2020–21 Greek Basket League season also gained an automatic bye to the 2021–22 Greek Cup phase two, competing for two quarterfinals spots with phase one winners. The Greek C Basket League, or Greek C Basketball League (), is a national basketball league in Greece. It is the 4th-tier level of the basketball league system in Greece, and was founded in 1985. It is also known as National League 2. It is organized by the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.). It began in the 1985–86 season, and originally took place with a league format of two groups.
