2022–23 Armenian Cup
The 2022–23 Armenian Cup was the 32nd edition of the football competition in Armenia. The competition began on 4 October 2022 and ended on 13 May, with Urartu lifting their 4th title. Teams First round On 20 September 2022 the draw for the First Round of the Armenian Cup took place, drawing 4 clubs from the Armenian First League with the 8 lowest ranked clubs from the previous season of the Armenian Premier League together. Football Club Urartu (, translated ''Futbolayin Akumb Urartu''), commonly known as Urartu, is an Armenian professional association football, football team based in the capital Yerevan that currently plays in the Armenian Premier League. Agdon Santos Menezes (born 26 January 1993), sometimes known as just Agdon, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward, most recently for Armenian Premier League club Pyunik. Football Club Alashkert (), commonly known as Alashkert, is an Armenian football club based in the capital Yerevan, founded in 1990 in Martuni and after folding in 2000 re-founded in 2011. They currently play in the Armenian Premier League. The home stadium of the team is the Alashkert Stadium in Yerevan. The club headquarters are located on Saryan street 25, Yerevan.
