Ivan Dodig and Austin Krajicek defeated Matthew Ebden and John Peers in the final, 6–3, 1–6, 0–8to win the doubles tennis title at the 2022 Tennis Napoli Cup. Dustin Brown and Andrea Vavassori were the reigning champions from 2021, when the tournament was an ATP Challenger Tour event, but only Vavassori chose to defend his title, partnering Lorenzo Sonego. Vavassori lost in the semifinals to Dodig and Krajicek. Ivan Dodig (; born 2 January 1985) is a Croatian professional tennis player who specializes in doubles. He reached his career-high doubles ranking of World No. 2 in September 2023. He is a seven-time Grand Slam champion, having won men's doubles titles at the 2015 French Open with Marcelo Melo, the 2021 Australian Open with Filip Polášek and the 2023 French Open with Austin Krajicek.
