2022 FedEx Cup Playoffs
The 2022 FedEx Cup Playoffs, the series of three golf tournaments that determined the 2021–22 season champion on the U.S.-based PGA Tour, was played from August 11–28. It included the following three events: * FedEx St. Jude Championship – TPC Southwind, Memphis, Tennessee * BMW Championship – Wilmington Country Club, Wilmington, Delaware *Tour Championship – East Lake Golf Club, Atlanta, Georgia They were the 16th FedEx Cup playoffs since their inception in 2007. The point distributions can be seen here. Regular season rankings The leading 10 players in the FedEx Cup regular season standings qualified for a share of the $20 million Comcast Business Tour top 10 bonus. The 2021–22 PGA Tour was the 107th season of the PGA Tour, the main professional golf tour in the United States. It was also the 54th season since separating from the PGA of America, and the 16th edition of the FedEx Cup. List Of Point Distributions Of The FedEx Cup
The following tables list the point distributions used in the FedEx Cup during the regular season and playoffs, as well as the ''starting score vs par'' element of the FedEx Cup's Tour Championship. Regular point distribution In events in which there are cuts, only golfers who make the cut for an event will receive points for that event. In case of a tie, point totals are added together and divided among all golfers tied for a particular position at the end of a tournament. For example, if four golfers finish tied for fifth place, the fifth through eighth place points are summed and divided by four, with each of the golfers receiving the same number of points. Jason Kokrak
Jason Kenneth Kokrak (born May 22, 1985) is an American professional golfer who plays in the LIV Golf League. Previously he played on the PGA Tour. Amateur career Kokrak was born in North Bay, Ontario, Canada, and played high school golf at JFK High School in Warren, Ohio, where he twice led the Eagles to the Ohio state championship as Division III medalist. He went on to play college golf at Xavier University in Cincinnati and graduated in 2007. During his college career, he won both the 2006 and 2007 Ohio Amateur titles. Kokrak turned professional after graduation. During the 2007 U.S. Amateur, Kokrak led all players with a score of 137 during the 36-hole match play qualifier at the Olympic Club in San Francisco. Talor Keith Gooch (born November 14, 1991) is an American professional golfer. Early life and amateur career Gooch was born in Midwest City, Oklahoma. He played college golf at Oklahoma State University. He was already drawing notice for his talent as a six-year-old. His father, Ron Gooch, played minor league professional baseball in the Texas Rangers organization. Professional career Gooch played on the PGA Tour Canada in 2015 and 2016. LIV Golf ( ) is a professional men's golf tour. The name "LIV" refers to the Roman numerals for 54, the number of holes played at LIV events. The first LIV Golf Invitational Series event started on 9 June 2022, at the Centurion Club near St Albans in Hertfordshire, UK. The Invitational Series became the LIV Golf League in 2023. Im Sung-jae (; born 30 March 1998), also known as Sungjae Im, is a South Korean professional golfer. Im won twice and was Player of the Year on the 2018 Web.com Tour. Cameron Young (born May 7, 1997) is an American professional golfer. He has finished in the top three in two major championships and has several runner-up finishes on the PGA Tour.
