2021–22 Macedonian Football Cup
The 2021–22 Macedonian Football Cup was the 30th season of North Macedonia's football knockout competition. Sileks were the defending champions, having won their third title in the previous year. Makedonija G.P. won the cup on 20 May 2022 with a 4–3 penalty shootout win over Sileks after a 0–0 draw, their second overall Macedonian Football Cup win. FK Ljuboten () is a football club based in Tetovo, North Macedonia. They are currently competing in the Macedonian Third League (West Division). History Founded in 1919, FK Ljuboten is the oldest club in North Macedonia. FK Ljuboten was based in northern Tetovo, built and supported by the locals. The name was derived from the mountain peak of the Šar Mountains, Ljuboten. Through most of the football period under both the Kingdom and Socialist Yugoslavia, the club relied on local talent and were funded by the locals and the city of Tetovo. FK Bregalnica Štip () is a professional association football, football club based in Štip, North Macedonia. They are currently competing in the Macedonian Second Football League. GFK Tikvesh 1930 (), commonly referred to as Tikvesh, is a professional football club from Kavadarci, North Macedonia, that currently competes in the Macedonian First League. After playing at different home grounds in the early years, the club moved to Gradski Stadion Kavadarci on 19 March 1950 and have remained there since. The 'golden age' of the club came in the late 1960s and lasted throughout the entire 1970s.
