2021–22 FIS Ski Jumping World Cup
The 2021–22 FIS Ski Jumping World Cup was the 43rd FIS Ski Jumping World Cup, World Cup season in ski jumping for men, the 25th official World Cup season in ski flying, and the 11th World Cup season for women. The men's season started in November 2021 in Nizhny Tagil, Russia and concluded in March 2022 in Planica, Slovenia. The women's season started in December 2021 in Lillehammer, Norway and was expected to conclude in March 2022 in Chaykovsky, Perm Krai, Chaykovsky, Russia. The 1983–84 FIS Ski Jumping World Cup was the fifth World Cup season in ski jumping. This season began in Thunder Bay, Canada on 10 December 1983 and was finished in Planica, Yugoslavia on 25 March 1984. Four Hills Tournament
The Four Hills Tournament () or the German-Austrian Ski Jumping Week () is a ski jumping event composed of four World Cup events and has taken place in Germany and Austria each year since 1953. With few exceptions, it has consisted of the ski jumping events held at Oberstdorf, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Innsbruck and Bischofshofen, in this order. The Four Hills Tournament champion is the one who gets the most points over the four events. The Silvester Tournament is a women's FIS World Cup ski jumping competition, established in 2021 in Ljubno ob Savinji, Slovenia, and inspired by the Four Hills Tournament. Halvor Egner Granerud
Halvor Egner Granerud (born 29 May 1996) is a Norwegian ski jumper. He is one of the most successful contemporary ski jumpers, having won 25 World Cup individual competitions, the World Cup overall title twice, and the Four Hills Tournament once. At the Nordic World Ski Championships, Granerud's best achievements include silver medals in the team and mixed team competitions. He has also won team gold and individual silver at the Ski Flying World Championships.
