2020–21 Third Amateur Football League (Bulgaria)
The 2020–21 Third Amateur Football League season was the 71st of the Bulgarian Third Amateur League. The group is equivalent to the third level of the Bulgarian football pyramid, comprising four divisions based on geographical areas. These divisions are the North-West, North-East, South-East, and South-West. The number of teams in each division varies, similarly to previous seasons. The season started on 8 August 2020, a delay of two weeks due to the COVID-19 situation in Bulgaria. The first round match between Etar's second team and Levski 2007 (Levski), which was originally to be held on 9 August, was postponed after Hristo Markov from the Veliko Tarnovo team tested positive for the virus. Third Amateur Football League (Bulgaria)
The Bulgarian Third Amateur Football League (), commonly known as Treta Liga or Bulgarian Third League (currently known as the ELITBET Third League for sponsorship reasons), is the third level of the Bulgarian football league system. Third League operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the second and the fourth tier of the Bulgarian football league pyramid – respectively being Second League and the A Oblast Groups. Currently Third League consists of four divisions that are formed by separating the country into four regions: ''North-West'', ''South-West'', ''North-East'' and ''South-East''. The divisions run in parallel during the season, but since the number of teams in each division may vary, the number of rounds in each of them may vary. FC Kaliakra Kavarna
FC Kaliakra Kavarna () is a Bulgarian football club from the town of Kavarna, which currently competes in the A RFG Dobrich, the fourth tier of Bulgarian football. Founded in 1922 as Kaliakra Sport Club, the club spent most of its history in amateur football before making a rapid ascent to the second-flight of Bulgarian football in 1980. In 2010, the team managed to promote to the A Group for the first time. Their spell in the top flight lasted two seasons, ending in relegation in 2012. Kaliakra Kavarna's name is derived from the Kaliakra cape, which is located nearby the town. The team plays in all-blue home kits, in reference to the geographic proximity of the city of Kavarna and the Black Sea, similarly to other teams from the area. FC Svetkavitsa Targovishte
Profesionalen futbolen klub Svetkavitsa 1922 (; ) is a Bulgarian football club based in Targovishte, which currently competes in Bulgaria's third tier, the Third Amateur Football League (Bulgaria), North-East Third League. They play their home matches at the local Dimitar Burkov Stadium. Svetkavitsa have competed in the second division for a record 49 seasons, playing more second-flight league games than any other Bulgarian team. Svetkavitsa played in the top tier for the first time during season 2011–12 A Group, 2011–12. They were relegated after winning just one of their 30 games. Vereya () is a Bulgarian association football club based in Stara Zagora, which currently competes in the Southeast Third League, the third tier of Bulgarian football. Vereya was founded in 2001.
