2020–21 SBV Vitesse Season
The 2020–21 season was the 128th season in existence of SBV Vitesse and the club's 31st consecutive season in the top flight of Dutch football. In addition to the domestic league, Vitesse participated in this season's edition of the KNVB Cup. The season covered the period from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. SBV Vitesse
SBV Vitesse Arnhem (''Stichting Betaald Voetbal Vitesse Arnhem, Eng: Professional Football Foundation Vitesse Arnhem''), widely known as Vitesse () or internationally known as Vitesse Arnhem, is a Dutch professional association football, football club located in the municipality of Arnhem. Established on 14 May 1892, they currently play in the Eerste Divisie following relegation from the 2023–24 Eredivisie. Since 1998, the club has played its home games at the GelreDome. Vitesse had its most successful period in the 1990s. Their best result in the Eredivisie was third place in 1997–98. They won the KNVB Cup in 2016–17 KNVB Cup, 2017 and also reached the final in 1912, 1927, 1990 and 2021. Sondre Tronstad
Sondre Bjorvand Tronstad (born 26 August 1995) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays for side Blackburn Rovers as a midfielder. He previously played for Start and Haugesund in Norway and for Dutch club SBV Vitesse. Tronstad has represented his country both at youth and senior level. Club career Early career Tronstad played for Tveit IL before he joined Start. Remko Jurian Pasveer (born 8 November 1983) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Eredivisie club Ajax. Club career Twente Pasveer started playing football at local SC Enschede. He then moved to FC Twente, where he was reserve goalkeeper from 2003 to 2006, behind Cees Paauwe and Sander Boschker. Matúš Bero (born 6 September 1995) is a Slovak professional Association football, footballer who plays as a midfielder for German club VfL Bochum and the Slovakia national football team, Slovakia national team. Thomas Bruns (born 7 January 1992) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Heracles Almelo.
