Sheremetyevo International Airport (, , Internal code: ШРМ) is one of four international airports that serve the city of Moscow. It is the busiest airport in Russia and the post-Soviet states, as well as the ninth-busiest airport in Europe. Originally built as a military airbase, Sheremetyevo was converted into a civilian airport in 1959. The airport was originally named after a nearby village, and a 2019 contest extended the name to include the name of the Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. The airport comprises six terminals: four international terminals (one under construction), one domestic terminal, and one private aviation terminal. Kirill Aleksandrovich Tolmatsky (; 22 July 1983 – 3 February 2019), better known by his stage names Detsl (Russian: Децл, from youth slang: "little", "small") and Le Truk, was a Russian hip hop artist. Biography The son of Russian media producer and creative director Alexandr Tolmatsky (born 12 May 1983), he was born in Moscow, graduated from the British International School and then studied in Switzerland where he was introduced to hip hop music by a roommate and decided to become a rapper himself. Muhammad V Of Kelantan
Muhammad V ( Jawi: ; born 6 October 1969) has been the 29th Sultan of Kelantan since ascending to the throne in 2010. He previously reigned as the King of Malaysia from 2016 until his abdication in 2019. He was proclaimed Sultan of Kelantan on 13 September 2010, succeeding his father, Sultan Ismail Petra, who was deemed incapacitated after suffering a stroke. Ural Airlines Flight 178
On 15 August 2019, Ural Airlines Flight 178, a scheduled passenger flight from Moscow to Simferopol, suffered a forced landing in a cornfield after takeoff from Zhukovsky International Airport. The aircraft, an Airbus A321-211 with 226 passengers and 7 crew members, was taking off from Runway 12 when it bird strike, struck several birds during rotation (aeronautics), rotation, causing damage to the engines. Due to the resulting loss of thrust and improper actions by the flight crew, the A321 failed to gain sufficient airspeed and altitude to climb safely. The aircraft belly landing, belly landed and slid across a cornfield before stopping with substantial damage. All 233 occupants survived the accident, although 28 suffered injuries, 3 of them serious. The Nyonoksa radiation accident, Arkhangelsk explosion or Nyonoksa explosion () occurred on 8 August 2019 near Nyonoksa, a village under the administrative jurisdiction of Severodvinsk, Arkhangelsk Oblast, Russian Federation. Election to the 7th convocation of the Moscow City Duma took place on the 2019 Russian elections, United Voting Day on 8 September 2019. The elections were held under first-past-the-post voting system, which saw 45 deputies being elected in their respective Single-member district, single-member districts amidst the 2019 Moscow protests, which saw huge rallies in support of independent opposition candidates.
