2019 Bretagne Classic Ouest–France
The 2019 Bretagne Classic Ouest–France was a road cycling one-day race that took place on 1 September 2019 in France. It was the 83rd edition of Bretagne Classic Ouest–France and the 34th event of the 2019 UCI World Tour. It was won by Sep Vanmarcke. 2019 UCI World Tour
The 2019 UCI World Tour was a series of races that included thirty-eight road bicycle racing, road cycling events throughout the 2019 in men's road cycling, 2019 men's cycling season. It was the first time since the World Tour was launched by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) in 2009 that it was not a ranking competition in its own right. The tour started with the opening stage of the 2019 Tour Down Under, Tour Down Under on 15 January and concluded with the final stage of the 2019 Tour of Guangxi, Tour of Guangxi on 22 October. Michael Valgren Hundahl (né Andersen; born 7 February 1992) is a Danish professional road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . The Bretagne Classic, also called Bretagne Classic Ouest-France, is an elite cycling classic held annually in late summer around the Breton village of Plouay in western France. The race was originally named Grand-Prix de Plouay and, from 1989 to 2015, GP Ouest-France. It was included in the inaugural UCI ProTour in 2005 and in 2011 in its successor, the UCI World Tour. Since 2016 it is called Bretagne Classic Ouest-France. Since 2002, a women's event, the Classic Lorient Agglomération is organized on Saturday, the day before the men's race.
