The 2018–19 season was Tranmere Rovers' 135th season of existence and their first back in EFL League Two following promotion from the 2017–18 National League. Along with competing in League Two, the club participated in the FA Cup, EFL Cup and EFL Trophy. Oliver Ian Banks (born 21 September 1992) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for National League side Chesterfield. Banks formerly played for Rotherham United, Sheffield, Buxton, Stalybridge Celtic, Gainsborough Trinity, Scarborough Athletic, North Ferriby United, FC United of Manchester, Chesterfield, Northampton Town, Oldham Athletic, Tranmere Rovers, Swindon Town and Barrow. Paul Mullin (footballer, Born 1994)
Paul Philip Mullin (born 6 November 1994) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for National League side Wrexham. He is a product of the Everton, Liverpool and Huddersfield Town academies. He was the 2020–21 EFL League Two top scorer with Cambridge United and, having helped to secure their promotion to League One as runners-up, then subsequently moved to Wrexham ahead of the 2021–22 season where he again became top-scorer; this time in the National League. Leyton () is a town in east London, England, within the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
