2018–19 Ranji Trophy Group A
The 2018–19 Ranji Trophy was the 85th season of the Ranji Trophy, the first-class cricket tournament that took place in India. It was contested by 37 teams, divided into four groups, with nine teams in Group A. The group stage ran from 1 November 2018 to 10 January 2019. The top five teams across Group A and 2018–19 Ranji Trophy Group B, Group B progressed to the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy#Quarter-finals, quarter-finals of the competition. In the opening round of fixtures, in the match between Mumbai cricket team, Mumbai and Railways cricket team, Railways in Delhi, players wore masks because of the Air quality in Delhi, poor air quality. Karnataka cricket team represents the Indian state of Karnataka in domestic cricket competitions. Siddharth Desai (born 16 August 2000) is an Indian cricketer. Yusuf Pathan
Yusuf Khan Pathan ( born 17 November 1982) is an Indian former cricketer and politician of the Trinamool Congress. Pathan made his debut in first-class cricket in 2001/02. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm off-break bowler. His younger brother, Irfan Pathan was also an Indian cricketer. Pathan retired from all forms of cricket in February 2021. Faiz Yakub Fazal (born 7 September 1985) is an Indian former cricketer who played for Vidarbha in India, and Lisburn Cricket Club in Northern Ireland. In cricket, a team who batted second and scored significantly fewer runs than the team who batted first may be forced to follow-on: to take their second innings immediately after their first.
