2018–19 Polish Cup
The 2018–19 Polish Cup was the sixty-fifth season of the annual Polish football knockout tournament. It began on 7 August 2018 with the first matches of the preliminary round and ended on 2 May 2019 with the final at PGE Narodowy. Winners of the competition would qualify for the qualifying round of the 2019–20 UEFA Europa League, however eventual winners Lechia Gdańsk had qualified for Europe through their league performance. The Stadion Narodowy (, ), known for sponsorship reasons as the PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna, PGE Narodowy since 2015 (with patron being added in 2021), is a retractable-roof football (soccer), football stadium located in Warsaw, Poland. It is used mostly for concerts and football matches and is the home stadium of the Poland national football team, Poland national team. With a seating capacity of 58,580, the stadium is the largest association football arena in Poland. Its construction was started in 2008 and finished in November 2011. 2017–18 I Liga
The 2017–18 I liga (currently named Nice I liga due to sponsorship reasons) was the 10th season of the Polish I liga under its current title, and the 70th season of the second highest division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1949. The league is operated by the Polish Football Association (PZPN). The league is contested by 18 teams. The regular season will be played in a round-robin tournament. Zagłębie Lubin S.A. () is a Polish professional association football, football club based in Lubin. Founded in 1945 as ''OMTUR Lubin'', the club competes in the Ekstraklasa. History The football team was founded in 1945 as OMTUR Lubin by local members of the ''Youth Organization of the Association of Workers’ Universities'' (''Organizacja Młodzieży Towarzystwa Uniwersytetów Robotniczych, OMTUR''). Sandecja Nowy Sącz is a Polish football club from Nowy Sącz, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, that was formed in 1910. In the 2025–26 season, they will compete in II liga, the third tier of Polish football, after winning group IV of the 2024–25 III liga.
