2018–19 Gibraltar Division 2 Cup
The 2018–19 Gibraltar Second Division Cup was the twelfth edition of the second division cup tournament on Gibraltar, and second under its current title. After a year without the tournament due to renovations to the only stadium on the territory, Victoria Stadium, the tournament returned in January 2019 during the 2018–19 Gibraltar Second Division's mid-season break. Gibraltar Phoenix are the reigning champions, having won the last title in 2017, however they are unable to defend their title as they were promoted to the Gibraltar Premier Division at the end of the 2016–17 Gibraltar Second Division season. Gibraltar ( , ) is a British Overseas Territory and city located at the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula, on the Bay of Gibraltar, near the exit of the Mediterranean Sea into the Atlantic Ocean (Strait of Gibraltar). David Wilson (Scottish Football Manager)
David Wilson (born 22 February 1974) is a Scottish football manager who is currently head coach for Lions Gibraltar in the Gibraltar Football League. From April 2013 to March 2015, he served as an assistant manager of the national team under head coach Allen Bula and held the position when the Gibraltar Football Association (GFA) was admitted to UEFA in May 2013. He has also managed Bruno's Magpies and Manchester 62.
