Lu Hao (born 1967)
Lu Hao (; born 21 June 1967) is a Chinese economist and politician, serving as party branch secretary and director of the Development Research Center of the State Council since June 2022. Previously, he was the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the youngest provincial governor in China, as the Governor of Heilongjiang from 2013 to 2018. Lu has also served as the first secretary of the Communist Youth League, and vice-mayor of Beijing. Early life and education Lu was born in Xi'an, but traces his ancestry to Shanghai (some sources say he was born in Shanghai). His father was a university professor. Lu was an only child. He attended Xi'an No. 85 High School. In high school, Lu played volleyball and was captain of the school team for three years in a row. In school, his favourite subjects were history and politics. He consistently ranked as one of the top three students in his classes.

Heilongjiang
Heilongjiang is a province in northeast China. It is the northernmost and easternmost province of the country and contains China's northernmost point (in Mohe City along the Amur) and easternmost point (at the confluence of the Amur and Ussuri rivers). The province is bordered by Jilin to the south and Inner Mongolia to the west. It also shares a border with Russia ( Amur Oblast, Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Khabarovsk Krai, Primorsky Krai and Zabaykalsky Krai) to the north and east. The capital and the largest city of the province is Harbin. Xu Qin
Xu Qin (; born October 1961) is a Chinese politician, and the current Party Secretary of Heilongjiang. Previously he had served as governor of Hebei, and before that, mayor, then Party Secretary of Shenzhen, China's most prominent special economic zone. Career Xu Qin was born in Lianyungang, Jiangsu province, in 1961. He was admitted to the Beijing Institute of Technology in October 1978 to study photoelectric engineering. After graduating in 1982, he was assigned by the state to Factory 559 (later part of Norinco), a military contractor, to conduct scientific research with military applications. He returned to BIT two years later to study for a master's degree. Shen Xiaoming (; born May 1963) is a Chinese politician who is currently the Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary of Hunan. Shen Yiqin
Shen Yiqin (; born 15 December 1959) is a Chinese politician of Bai ethnic heritage who is currently a state councilor and President of the All-China Women's Federation since 2023.
