Andrea Sestini Hlaváčková (née Hlaváčková; ; born 10 August 1986) is a Czech former professional tennis player. She is a three-time Grand Slam champion in doubles, having won the 2011 French Open and 2013 US Open in women's doubles alongside Lucie Hradecká, as well as the 2013 US Open in mixed doubles with Max Mirnyi.
