Solomon Warriors FC
Solomon Warriors FC was a Solomon Islands professional football club based in Honiara. The club played in the Telekom S-League, the top-tier in Solomon Islands football. They played their matches at Lawson Tama Stadium, the biggest stadium in the Solomon Islands. History The Solomon Warriors were formerly known as Uncles FC and have also played in the S-League under the name ''Wantoks''. They are the most successful club in the Solomon Islands. Solomon (), also called Jedidiah, was the fourth monarch of the Kingdom of Israel and Judah, according to the Hebrew Bible. The successor of his father David, he is described as having been the penultimate ruler of all Twelve Tribes of Israel under an amalgamated Israel and Judah. The hypothesized dates of Solomon's reign are from 970 to 931 BCE. Tommy Semmy (born 30 September 1994) is a Papua New Guinean professional soccer player who plays as a striker for NPL Victoria club Melbourne Knights and the Papua New Guinea national team.
