2017–18 Galatasaray S.K. Season
The 2017–18 season was Galatasarays 114th in existence and 60th consecutive season in the Süper Lig. The club was aiming for an unprecedented 21st Turkish title after finishing the Süper Lig in fourth place in the previous season. In Europe, Galatasaray participated in the UEFA Europa League, as well as competing in the Turkish Cup. Fluorescence is one of two kinds of photoluminescence, the emission of light by a substance that has absorbed light or other electromagnetic radiation. Florya Metin Oktay Sports Complex And Training Center
Florya Metin Oktay Facilities (), is the training ground and academy base of the Turkish football club Galatasaray SK. The Florya training camp land was brought during the presidency of Suphi Batur, built and opened during Professor Ali Uras presidency and was expanded and improved during both Ali Tanriyar and Alp Yalman presidencies. It was opened on August 1, 1981. Located in Florya, Istanbul and named after the club's legendary goalscorer Metin Oktay, the sports complex covers an area of . Cláudio André Mergen Taffarel (; born 8 May 1966) is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He is the current goalkeeping coach of both club Liverpool, and the Brazil national team. Levent Şahin (born 20 September 1973) is a Turkish football manager and former player who is assistant manager of Saudi Pro League club Al Shabab. Playing career Levent was born in Edremit. Hasan Gökhan Şaş (; born 1 August 1976) is a Turkish football coach and former player, who played as a winger.
