Ballou Jean-Yves Tabla (born 31 March 1999) is a Canadian professional soccer player who plays as a winger for Canadian Premier League side Atlético Ottawa. Early life Tabla was born in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, on 31 March 1999, and he moved as a child to Canada. He was raised in Quebec.
