Chennaiyin Football Club is an Indian professional football club based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The club competes in the Indian Super League, the top flight of Indian football. The club was founded in August 2014 during the inaugural season of the Indian Super League. One of the most successful clubs in the history of the league, it has won the Indian Super League title on two occasions, in the 2015 and 2017–18 seasons respectively. Gregory Nelson (born 31 January 1988) is a Dutch professional footballer who last played for Chennaiyin FC in the Indian Super League, as a winger. Early and personal life Born in Amsterdam, Nelson is of Surinamese descent. Club career Nelson began his career with AZ and RBC, playing for the latter after a loan deal was made permanent. After being released by RBC following their bankruptcy, he was without a club until he signed for Bulgarian club CSKA Sofia in June 2010. In January 2012, he signed for Ukrainian club Metalurh Donetsk on a three-and-a-half year contract. Tampereen Ilves (; Finnish for "Lynx") is a Finnish football club, based in Tampere. They currently play in the Veikkausliiga, the highest level of professional football in Finland. They were formed in 1975 as a merger between Ilves-Kissat Tampere and TaPa Tampere, and joined the Premier Division in 1979. Ilves won the Finnish League championship in 1983 and the Finnish Cup on three occasions in 1979, 1990, and 2019. In the late 1990s, Ilves suffered financial trouble and its professional team was reformed into Tampere United before the 1999 season. The initial plan was to join Ilves with TPV, but TPV decided to continue as its own team. Jude Ikechukwu Nworuh (born 9 June 1989 in Lagos) is a Nigerian professional footballer who is currently playing for Hapoel Ramat Gan. Career Nworuh began his career at F.C.
