2017 Copa Constitució
The 2017 Copa Constitució was the 25th version of the national football knockout tournament involving teams from Andorra. The cup began on 7 February 2017 and ended on 28 May 2017 with the final. Format Similar to the previous year, the Copa Constitució was a single elimination tournament between 12 teams. There were eight teams from the Primera Divisió and four from the Segona Divisió. The winner, UE Santa Coloma, earned a place in the Europa League. Schedule First round Eight teams competed in the first round. The matches were played on 7–15 February 2017. Quarter-finals Eight teams competed in the quarter-finals. The matches were played on 22 March and 2 April 2017. Semi-finals The four quarter-final winners competed in the semi-finals. Andorra

FC Encamp
FC Encamp is an Andorran football club based in Encamp. Founded in 1950, it is the oldest football club of the Andorran First Division. The club currently plays in Primera Divisió. History FC Encamp was founded in 1950 being the dean of the Andorran premier league and the second football club created in the pyrenean country of Andorra after FC Andorra (founded in 1942). Successfully the team won the Primera Divisió in the 1995–96 season, and five years later their second league title (2001–02) qualifying for the UEFA Cup. Next season they ended the regular league in the 2nd position being able to play in the UEFA Intertoto Cup. 2016–17 Segona Divisió
The 2016–17 Segona Divisió, also known as the Lliga Biosphere, was the 18th season of second-tier football in Andorra. This season began on 25 September 2016 and ended on 21 May 2017. Format For this season, the league was contested between ten clubs. The clubs played each other twice totaling 18 matches each. The leaders at this point were to be promoted to the Primera Divisió next season with the second placed club to participate in a play-off match for a place in next season's Primera Divisió. The four "B" teams cannot be promoted. After the regular season a play-off round between the non-B clubs began. Each club will play the others once with the regular season records being carried over. 2016–17 Primera Divisió
The 2016–17 Primera Divisió or Lliga Grup Becier, was the 22nd season of top-tier football in Andorra. The season began on 18 September 2016 and concluded on 21 May 2017; this was followed by the two-legged relegation play-off on 28 and 31 May 2017. The defending champions were FC Santa Coloma, who won their tenth championship in the previous season. Teams Clubs and locations Competition format The participating teams first played a round-robin schedule containing three rounds with every team playing each opponent at least once "home" and once "away" for a total of 21 matches ("home" and "away" designation is symbolic as all teams except Encamp, which has its own stadium, play at several venues). FC Lusitanos
FC Lusitanos, also known as Lusitans, was an Andorran football club from Andorra la Vella which was founded in 1999 and dissolved in 2020. Lusitanos won their first Primera Divisió title in 2011–12 and its second national championship the following season. The club's name, crest and kit reflect its Portuguese identity. Unió Esportiva Sant Julià, also known as UE Sant Julià, is an Andorran professional Association football, football club based in the parish of Sant Julià de Lòria. The club currently competes in the Segona Divisió, but withdrew from this season’s edition. CE Jenlai, also known simply as Jenlai, is an Andorran football team based in the village of Escaldes-Engordany. The club currently plays in Segona Divisió. History CE Jenlai were founded in 2008 under the name of ''Atlètic Amèrica''. During the 2008–09 season the club was renamed CE Jenlai. The Andorran team was playing in Segona Divisió until 2011, for three consecutive seasons. After two seasons, in 2013 the club returned to Segona Divisió recording a notable season finishing 2nd and being able to compete at the promotion play-offs. Inter Club d'Escaldes is an Andorra, Andorran professional association football, football club based in Escaldes-Engordany. The club currently plays in Primera Divisió, where it is a three-time champion. Unió Esportiva Engordany is an Andorran football and basketball club based in Escaldes-Engordany. The club football section plays in Primera Divisió. History The club was founded on 2 October 1980 as Unió Esportiva Engordany Futbol Club in the main venue of Engordany by Manuel Puerta Martín, Manuel Varela Valés and Josep Rodríguez Sànchez. On 28 January 1981 the club was established and was later renamed simply as UE Engordany. In 2001 the club was affiliated in the FAF and began competing in the Segona Divisió, being promoted to Primera Divisió in 2003. Fútbol Club Penya d'Andorra is an Andorran professional football club created by fans of the Portuguese club Benfica, based in Andorra La Vella. The club currently plays in the Primera Divisió. History FC Penya d'Andorra, formerly known as Associació Club Penya Encarnada d'Andorra, was founded in 2009 as a cultural association for the promotion of football and sport in the parish of Andorra la Vella in defense of the name and honor of the House of Benfica.
