2017 Clásica De Almería
The 2017 Clásica de Almería was the 32nd edition of the Clásica de Almería road cycling one day race. It was part of the 2017 UCI Europe Tour, as a 1.1 categorised race. In a sprint finish, Denmark's Magnus Cort () won the race ahead of 's Rüdiger Selig, while the podium was completed by Jens Debusschere for the team. Teams Seventeen teams were invited to take part in the race. These included six UCI WorldTeams, nine UCI Professional Continental teams and two UCI Continental teams. 2017 UCI Europe Tour
The 2017 UCI Europe Tour was the thirteenth season of the UCI Europe Tour. The 2017 season began on 26 January 2017 with the Trofeo Santanyí-Ses Salines-Campos and ended on 17 October 2017 with the Nationale Sluitingsprijs. Belgian rider Baptiste Planckaert (), who scored 1,605 points in the 2016 edition, was the defending champion of the UCI Europe Tour. Nacer Bouhanni () won the overall standings for the second time in three years; won the team classification, while France won both the overall nations' title and the under-23 equivalent. Race structure Throughout the season, points are awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. Maciej Paterski (born 12 September 1986) is a Polish professional road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI Continental team . Career Born in Kalisz, Paterski left at the end of the 2013 season, and joined for the 2014 season. He had quite a successful 2014 season, winning the Tour of Norway and the mountains classification in his native Tour de Pologne. Later that year, he also won the Memoriał Henryka Łasaka.
