2016–17 Rugby Europe Trophy
The 2016–17 Rugby Europe Trophy is the second-level rugby union competition below the premier Championship. It is the inaugural Trophy competition under its new format, that will see Moldova national rugby union team, Moldova, Netherlands national rugby union team, Netherlands, Poland national rugby union team, Poland, Portugal national rugby union team, Portugal, Switzerland national rugby union team, Switzerland and Ukraine national rugby union team, Ukraine compete for the title, and a place in the 2016–17 Rugby Europe International Championships#Championship-Trophy promotion play-off, Championship-Trophy promotion play-off. This years competition sees Portugal drop down out of the top six, outside the 2017 Rugby Europe Championship, Rugby Europe Championship, replacing Belgium who earned Promotion to the Championship for 2017. Sep Visser
Sep Visser (; born 14 December 1990) is a Netherlands national rugby union team, Netherlands international rugby union player. He most recently played as a dual player for Boroughmuir RFC and Edinburgh Rugby, playing as a centre and a wing. Early career He joined the Newcastle Falcons Academy as a teenager, following his brother Tim Visser. After moving from the Netherlands (where he played for RC Hilversum) to England, he joined the Newcastle Falcons Academy and went on to represent the Falcons in the Middlesex Sevens in 2007. He remained at Kingston Park (stadium), Kingston Park until 2009, then he joined Tynedale R.F.C.
